Registration Fees

Conference registration fees includes: proceedings, opening reception and dinner on March 29, continental breakfasts, and refreshment breaks during meeting sessions. No other meals and housing are included.

Method of Payment

Full payment is required with registration. Accepted in US dollars only. Credit card payment only. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Confirmation

Please note that confirmation will be emailed to you on registrations received at least seven days prior to the conference. Your confirmation via email also serves as a receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made to those registrants who must cancel, less a $40 processing fee ($20 for students). Written cancellation requests must be received by March 1, 2002. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions are always accepted. The conference sponsor reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.
