A block of hotel guest rooms has been arranged at two hotels near the UW main campus; both hotels are within walking distance of the campus, Kane Hall, and Mary Gates Hall. Reservation for hotels should be made no later than Feb 25, 2002. Please mention SwarmFest 2002 when making a hotel reservation.
Please note that the University Inn has kindly extended a reserved block of rooms for the SwarmFest Conference until March 4, 2002. We have secured guest rooms at the University Inn at the rate of $90 for a standard room and $99 for a deluxe room, plus tax. Rooms will be held for our group at this special rate until Monday, March 4, 2002. After that date, the discounted rates may not be available and the rooms will be dropped off the reserve list. The University Inn also offers a complimentary hotel shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel.
