Dates:
- Swarmfest 2011 will start Sunday morning, June 26 and finish mid-day on Tuesday, June 28.
- Abstract Submission: Deadline May 3, 2011. Swarmfest is an ideal venue to present early/preliminary/work-in-progress projects. Abstracts are welcome in any area associated with agent-based modeling. This can include domain specific applications of agent-based modeling, theory associated with modeling in general and ABM in particular, ABM toolkit development and implementation of ABMs on different computer platforms. In recent years all accepted submissions have been able to present oral presentations, and presenters should be prepared for a very interactive environment. Abstracts should be 1 page in length and emailed to swarmfest2011@gmail.com

Location:
- We will be returning to Santa Fe at the Santa Fe Complex (Website http://sfcomplex.org/ ) near the Railyard in Old Santa Fe. The SFC space facilitates the ad hoc, spontaneous and self-organizing discussions that are the hallmark of Swarmfest.

Social Program:
- Sunday Night, June 26: Dinner at the Blue Corn Cafe http://www.bluecorncafe.com/ tentatively set for 7 PM.
- Monday Night, June 21: Dinner at La Fonda http://www.lafondasantafe.com/ tentatively set for 7:30 PM.
- Both dinner and lunch on Sunday and Monday are included in the Registration Fee.

Housing:
- We have arranged a special Swarmfest rate at the Sage Inn (Website http://www.santafesageinn.com/ ). The rate is $81.00 per night for June 25/26, $77.00 per night for June 27/28. You must call the hotel for reservations and mention "Swarm Development Group" in order to get the conference rate.
