Welcome, newcomers!

SwarmWiki is a collaborative resource for agent-based modelling. It is created and managed interactively by users, researchers and anybody else interested or involved in agent-based modelling.

The site is a WikiWiki, meaning that anyone, including you, can edit any article right now by clicking on the edit this page link that appears in every Wikipedia article. The project was started in August 2003 and there are 130 articles

The SwarmWiki runs on a customized version of the MediaWiki software that drives Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia project found at http://www.wikipedia.org.

The MediaWiki (phase II wikipedia) software can be found at http://wikipedia.sourceforge.net. MediaWiki is released under the GNU GPL license.
