SDG Charter

The Swarm Development Group's charter includes:

• the maintenance and development of Swarm
• the development of documentation of Swarm
• the provision of technical support and assistance to the user community
• the maintenance of user group mailing lists
• the organization of user group conferences and workshops
• the retention of copyright for all code released as part of Swarm
• the responsibility for all code included in official Swarm releases
• the promotion of Swarm and funding-raising effort
• the maintenance of a listing of active Swarm programmers and projects

Here are the corporate documents SDG operates under.

The bylaws were last revised in November, 2006. On the wiki as image files (go to "special pages", then "image list") are the original bylaws (scanned PDF, "SDG-bylaws-original.PDF") and the current bylaws in a MS Word file ("Swarm_BYLAWS_Nov2006Revision.doc").
