==SDG Charter==
The Swarm Development Group's charter includes:

* the maintenance and development of Swarm
* the development of documentation of Swarm
* the provision of technical support and assistance to the user community
* the maintenance of user group mailing lists
* the organization of user group conferences and workshops
* the retention of copyright for all code released as part of Swarm
* the responsibility for all code included in official Swarm releases
* the promotion of Swarm and funding-raising effort
* the maintenance of a listing of active Swarm programmers and projects


==Articles of incorporation and bylaws==
Here are the corporate documents SDG operates under.
