swarm.org outage Tuesday 27 July starting from 11pm EST (8pm PST)

Because of a switch in the location of our servers from the University of Washington to the University of Michigan, the Swarm mailing lists and website will be unavailable for several hours on Tuesday night (27 July) starting at approximately: 11pm EST (8pm PST). That is Wed, 28 July at 3am UTC/GMT. This will affect all the mailing lists (except for swarm-hackers@nongnu.org), all @swarm.org e-mail addresses, and the website site: http://www.swarm.org. The SwarmWiki: http://wiki.swarm.org should continue to function throughout the outage.
