simtools

Simtools a library for high-level simulation features. One important fact is that the header file for this library, simtools.h, contains the startup macros for Swarm: initSwarm and initSwarmBatch. Features like set selection, sorting, and key generation can be found in simtools. Many features in simtools are now deprecated (InFile, OutFile, AppendFile, ObjectLoader, ObjectSaver) and provided only for legacy users.
